Consignor’s Information

Highlights:

  • Online registration only—NO pre-registration. If you consigned in 2009, you will automatically have the same number. Simply click on the “Returning Consignor” link.  If you are new or did not consign in 2009, click on “New Consignor” link. You can then use this number year after year in our sale.
  • Drop-off day is only Wednesday. See Event Schedule for details.
  • No babysitting available.
  • Tags printed online with white card stock paper only.  We are selling sheets of card stock at the Paraclete bookstore; 20 sheets are $2.00.  Use only safety pins to attach tags.

  • Consignor Appreciation Party Thursday night, prior to Consignors’ Sale!

Who: Anyone with gently worn or used child-related items to sell. You (or your group, if used as a fund-raiser) will receive 70% of your proceeds. Items priced $100 or higher will receive 90% of the asking price. If you don’t show up for your work shift, your % drops to 30%. It is your job to tag, sort & deliver your items, then work a three-hour shift at the sale.

What we accept: Anything related to children: high quality clothing (newborn to age 18), all current Catholic schools’ uniforms, costumes, maternity, shoes, coats, toys, bedding, baby equipment, cribs, strollers, backpacks, bikes, video games, sports’ equipment, and so much more!

What we do NOT accept: lead-based items, car seats, stuffed animals, used tennis shoes, T-shirts, underwear, any clothing item with missing buttons, broken zippers, holes or stains; dirty items and toys with missing or broken pieces.

Where: Sacred Heart Cathedral School gym, 711 Northshore Dr. Knoxville, TN 37919. The gym is in the back of the school to the left. Follow signs for the sale. Click here for a map.

How to sell items: Register online as a consignor, print each of your tags on white cardstock paper and sign up for a three-hour work shift at the sale, all from the same web site. Your $8.00 registration fee will be deducted from your proceeds. Follow the easy steps online for a smooth process. Please take note: the automatic confirmation email sometimes ends up in your Spam folder, so be sure to check yours as well as your inbox for this confirmation.

Details for your tags are provided online as well. Please be sure to check the boxes at the bottom of that page on tagging to direct if you want items discounted (1/2 price on Saturday) &/or donated at the end of the sale. Tags can be printed quickly & easily right from home on your computer! Tags must be printed on white cardstock paper. You then are invited to shop early at the Consignors’ Pre-Sale on Thursday night from 6-8 pm. Click here to register!

Why: To clean out closets, earn extra money for you or your group, purchase great clothes & items for your kids, before the public gets a chance to and have some fun along the way! The more people you tell about the sale increases the chance of more of your items that will sell!

You may register as a group for a fundraiser for scouts, club, sports’ team, etc. Someone needs to work the 3-hour work shift, and the group benefits from the 70% profit. Just register under one consignor number and everyone can use that one number.
